Important Information

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to allow for casual check-in.  We provide a spa robe and slippers to change into. This will allow you time to relax prior to your treatment. Please bring swim attire if you plan to use our wet amenities.

Health Concerns

Some treatments may not be suitable if certain health conditions exist. Please alert our staff to any health concerns you may have at the time of booking and again before the treatment so that we may help you with alternate recommendations if needed. For your comfort, our mother-to-be guests must be past their first trimester to have massage therapy performed at The Spa at Silver Shells.

Cancellations

If you must cancel your spa appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to treatment time to avoid full charges for the treatment.

Quiet Environment

We request that guests turn off their cell phones and enjoy our peaceful setting by keeping voices and conversation at a minimum.

Gratuities

A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to all services.

Beverages

We do serve a complimentary mimosa to those guests who are 21 and older.
